Improving athletic performance
My advice is given to a wide range of athletes, from amateur athletes to professional athletes.

The work process I created and my approach to the athlete is first and foremost as a person with personal needs. This process will allow the athlete to improve his performance , increase his mental well-being , and help him cope better and healthier with the stress and difficulties he encounters.
The athlete will receive quality tools that can help him both on the field and off it, in his private life .
The work process includes observations and diagnostics through which I build a specific plan.
Not everything that suits one athlete is also suitable for another.
Different athletes will function at an ideal level in different mental states, and therefore the psychological process that the athlete goes through is very personal and unique .
My experience allows me to identify the athlete's personality and the specific mental demands of the sport in which he or she engages.

Coping with pressure, concentration, collaboration, and the desire for optimal performance in a results-oriented world.
In workshops and lectures, I will share with you the mental tools I use with elite athletes and help you get the most out of your abilities while enjoying the journey.
The lectures are suitable for companies and organizations that want to take a leap forward and step outside the box.

Formation of Identity, Cohesion & Creation
My work in associations / clubs is divided into three main areas

Player Development: Assisting in player development in the psychological and psychological aspect.
Support for the environment that surrounds the players: the culture, the team, the general climate.
Counseling: Supporting the player and dealing with problems, crises or challenges they have.
In my vision, I see that in every association / club there is a psychologist who is responsible for the mental field and his role is to teach tools and psychological skills to team coaches and athletes, tools have come up to help them deal with stress, tension and crises. In addition, the psychologist will build mental work plans, from young age groups to adult youth groups, these plans will be reflected as part of the teams' training processes and will help improve performance, promote and develop players and build their personal identity. Finally, the psychologist will help build an organizational vision and set goals for each group in particular and the club as a whole.
If you are interested in taking your club / organization a step further, I am here to help.

During my military service as a commander, I frequently encountered cases where soldiers, in real-time situations, carried out necessary actions less effectively and made suboptimal decisions due to certain mental blocks.
When I later entered the world of sports as both an athlete and a coach, I came across similar cases and realized that these were mental and cognitive performance barriers that mainly appear under pressure.

Personality Analysis

Every athlete is, first and foremost, a person with unique personality traits and individual needs. Certain tools may work well for one athlete but not for another. That’s why the first step is a personalized personality assessment to understand each athlete's specific needs and mental barriers.
Following the assessment, a clear picture is built, outlining the athlete’s current situation and the options available.
Personal goals are then set, along with a tailored development and progress plan that aligns with the athlete's needs, current status, and capabilities.
The mental coaching is fully personalized and focused on the athlete, taking into account all the parameters evaluated and adjusted to help the athlete succeed.
In my work, I’ve often encountered athletes who adopted mental tools that worked for their peers but weren’t suitable for them—and as a result, they failed to reach their goals. A mental training plan that doesn’t align with an athlete’s personality simply won’t be effective.
Biofeedback Therapy
A non-invasive therapeutic method in which the individual receives real-time, objective feedback about various systems in their body using sensors they are connected to.

This feedback allows individuals to understand their level of physiological arousal based on various indicators such as heart rate, sweat, and temperature. Accordingly, it becomes possible to optimize the stress response by training the regulation of the autonomic nervous system (both sympathetic and parasympathetic).
Optimizing the stress response has many benefits: reducing intrusive thoughts, improving attention and concentration, enhancing recovery, strengthening the immune system, and of course, improving coping abilities during stressful events.
Through training with the system, athletes can develop tools that help prepare their bodies for an optimal performance state, increasing the likelihood of peak performance in real time.
Additionally, using a biofeedback system enables a more personalized and precise adaptation of tools for each athlete — identifying stress factors, understanding how stress affects them, and accordingly, selecting the most relevant tools for effective coping.
To deepen the process, it is recommended to practice daily and consistently using a home biofeedback system. Athletes using the system receive objective biological feedback on their progress in self-regulation skills while performing training sessions I’ve developed, without the need to come into the clinic.
How does it work?
The system operates on the “Plug and Play” principle, meaning that from the moment it is connected, the daily workout begins. During the workout, athletes receive comprehensive training on the technique they are learning and practicing. At the end of the workout, the information is transferred via the cloud, for analyzing the workout and providing feedback to the athletes on the progress of the process.
Athletes can practice anytime, anywhere.
What does biofeedback require of me as an athlete?
1. Arrival at a diagnostic session and learning about the biofeedback system
2. Daily practice.
3. Real-time tasting
